Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

Tersus Environmental collects sales tax in states where we are registered and required to do so by law. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide a valid Resale Certificate or Tax-Exempt Certificate when placing your order.

If sales tax is not collected on your purchase, you may still be responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable use tax in accordance with your state and local tax regulations.

Because tax laws and registration requirements can change, the applicability of sales tax will be determined based on the delivery location and regulations in effect at the time of shipment.
